How do I change my email?
- To update your email and contact information, please send us an email.
- Click Help and choose “Contact Us” on the menu, to fill in an online form.

How do I join weekly ladders, how does it work?
- We have a summer ladder and a winter ladder.
- The ladders are free for members.
- Summer ladders are held at the Spring Lake Park Pickleball Courts.
- Winter ladders are held at Drop Shot in Shakopee.

How do I stop GroupMe notices coming from members?
GroupMe now supports several chats. We have a main chat for members and other chats to notify members things that are going on.
You can mute the main chat, so you won’t be disturbed by our member’s GroupMe notices. We recommend keeping the other chats in GroupMe unmuted so the board can notify you of important events.
To mute the main group on a cell phone:
1. Press and hold on the Main Chat
2. Select Mute
3. Choose Always
To Mute main group from a computer:
1. Click “Main Chat”
2. Click the down going arrow after the title “Prior Lake Pickleball”
3. Click on Settings
4. Navigate to “Mute main chat” and click the switch to off.

What should I know about memberships?
- Memberships are purchased by individuals 18 years and older.
- A membership is good for one person.
- Memberships run annually from around May to May the next year.
- Your email is used for your identity and kept private.
- Your email is used for signing up to ladders and special activities
- All memberships expire around the month of May.
- Memberships can be purchased at any time but expire around the month of May.
- Memberships allow you to attend special functions held every month in the summer, including parties and free ladder competition weekly and lessons .
